Vista Mirage Resort, Palm Springs

OKAY...THIS PLACE IS THE BEST GEM IN PALM SPRINGS. The staff were so friendly and helpful!! The rooms were amazing...I wish they would put better pictures online because we almost didn't stay here because the pictures made the place look so old. IGNORE THE PICS ONLINE...GO STAY AND SEE HOW LOVELY THE PLACE IS. Over all I give this place 10 out of 10. We already booked a second stay!!

Nice resort. Classic design from the outside conforming the the old Palm Spring architectural genre but modern on the inside. Don't be surprised if you get a visit from the "resort cat" to welcome you. Staff gave us an extra day due to getting stuck in traffic due to a problem on the 10 freeway. What a way to start the vacation. Right when we thought it would be cut short, they add an extra day! Near premium outlets! Great shopping! Dune buggy rides were fun too. Awesome eateries every night - walking distance. Park your car & walk / shop till you drop! So much fun at and around the resort. We've booked for next year. See you soon!

The staff was very friendly at this comfortable resort. It was very inviting, so close to all the shops and great eating establishments. We visited the Follies and the Date Palm Festival, and went to several vintage auto dealers. My husband ended up purchasing a golf cart and a local dealership. I even managed to get two spa treatments during our week stay. Talk about being pampered. We also went golfing as well. Don't forget the tram, wow, so much to do, we had a wonderful time!

there isnt really too much that i disliked aboout the place...if i had to say one thing however...it would be that the gate where u come in with the car TAKES FOR EVER TO OPEN....but thats little compared to the experience....THE STAFF HERE....the staff here is wonderfull, i must say that being a young african american woman coming to an upscale area...i expected a little high sadidiness...but there was none of that....every one was just too sweet and too nice...it was good...THE LOCATION...the location was the best u could ask for...its in walkin distance of the store...and for the younger crowd, its even in walkin distance of downtown...which was just beautiful.....THE ROOM SETUP...it was just too cute in there...i like the fact that i had my own seperate room with the sliding door/ entrance...no one knew when i came or went...i had privacy and comfort...they leave you with all types of soft soaps and soft towels...showers were so relaxing....i really suggest comming here...i know this is where i will be next time i visit...i have already built a trust and it my first time here

I am a time-share owner at the Vista Mirage & have been going there for years now. My last visit in July 2007 the place seemed run down. The air was not working, the gym/weight room had old broken equipment & a lot of the free weights were missing. The rec room has been reduced to a small room big enough for a ping-pong table. The place really needs to bring back the pool table it once had. The management is not very friendly either. Internet available only in the office/lobby. NO car break-ins this time but last year there were several. The good thing about this place is that the condos are large and kitchen is well equipped. Two tv's, six sleep very comfortably. Supermarket, video shop, fast food, drug store very nearby.

This resort had lovely condo units with nice amenities, but the gated parking lot had numerous car burglaries two of the four days we were there despite the fact that there was nothing in the passenger section of our car. The manager took no responsibility and we were not told that there had been repeated burglaries over several months preceding our visit.

Off course I loved the price of the hotel it was such a good price and walking into the hotel room was way more than I expected. Great pool, great kitchen, great spacious area... almost like your at home.... lovely
