you'll be sorry you stayed here

my wife works at a waffle house
she was having to stay at work for extra duty so we decided instead of driving an hour to get home we would stay at a hotel close to her work
also i could take advantage of the nashville museums to teach my children some history
we stayed here and was charged 58.00 for the room.
the room was smelly and hardly any of the lights worked
the bathroom ceiling had a hole that looked right over the toilet and shower
we ask for a room for 2 adults and 2 children .
we only got 2 towels and 1 bar of soap for all of us to use
we ask for a 6 am wake up call but never got it.
we thought we had better have someone else call a little after 6:30 to make sure we were awake good thing too
i took my wife to work and returned to the room to let my children get some rest untill we were ready to go to the local war museum as well as the state museum.
so i ask for a 10:30 wake up call since check out was 11
well at 7:30 the phone rang once waking my children
then about 8:30 am two guys that smelled of alcohol started banging on the concret steps right next to our room which was 137 .
my 5 yr old was scared by this banging and my 7 yr old even pointed out how rude it was for them to be doing the work right by a room they intended to use.
8:45 the phone rang again but only once
when i mentioned it to the office the manager just shruged .
this was the rudest i have ever been treated in a public place
we were not forced to stay here .
we choose too.
we never did get the 10:30 wake up call either
so now i will let all my friends as well as all my family and coworkers, and the world as far as i can get know this is the poorest excuse for a hotel there is.
so this is to FORWARN anyone whos ever in the rivergate area never stay here.
or any other americas best value inn.
the only good thing about this hotel is theres a waffle house next door.
i CHARLES CARVER will also be leaving my review else where on the net
