Took the 'service' out of 'customer service'

The day I arrived I asked for a luggage cart... that was a mistake. The lady at the desk told me they had them, but there was no way that she could say where they were and wouldn't help me to find one. Along comes another employee (who never took the ipod out of his ears to listen to us) and said after a dismayed grunt that he would find a luggage cart for us. When he came back I heard him yelling and complaining about haaving to find the luggage cart and then the person who asked for it left (not knowing I was in the same party) he went on to use some colorful language to describe my collegue for having him do his job!!! Later when we had checked into the rooms, I went down to ask the desk clerk about some of their services... I saw that she was busy typing and I waited until she finished. She looked up at me rolled her eyes and excaimed, "WHAT!?". Baffled, I asked my question (something about if I could make copies in the business center). She walked away without saying anything... a minute later she reappeared and held out her hand... "WELL!?" she said. Losing my patience I said, "what do you want?" "I'll make the copies for you, give it here" she replied. As for the Hotel, I wasn't expecting much, and I wasn't let down. The rooms had fridges and microwaves, but the beds creaked and squeaked so much I thought the matresses must have been from an Army Surplus store. Very average hotel, very terrible customer service.
