Best Western Kelly Inn, Minot

I will never again give my business to a Best Western. On my wedding night I went to check into our honeymoon suite only to discover that our room was canceled without our knowledge! This blew my mind because I not only booked this suite months in advance and had given them my credit card number, but I had recieved a confirmation number! When I gave the hotel front desk man the number he did say that the room was booked under our name until that afternoon when it was canceled. I come to find out that they ran my credit card that afternoon and mis-entered the number so it of course it came out invalid. Instead of calling me or contacting me in anyway (which they admitted they did not try) they cancel it without my knowledge. Had they called, I would have gladly repeated the number for them. I also dont understand how I can recieve a confirmation number without my credit card being checked as valid to begin with! It was the most ridiculous mistake and the worst thing I could hear at 12:30 on my wedding night!
