Sleep Inn, Miramar Beach

I paid $55 during New Years season for this place, and got a very nice king bed room that was clean, large, and great for our puppy. To those who complain of taking their luggage up the stairs, seriously...it was 1 flight of stairs, so don't be so lazy. This might be a bad place for lazy, fat people who don't want to take their luggage up 1 flight of stairs. As for not having a tub. Who uses a tub in a hotel?!? That is disgusting to use a tub! Who knows what other people's uring, feces, pets were cleaned, or anything that could have happened in the tub. The shower was VERY nicely sized (fit 2 people easily) and was not a reason to dislike a hotel. You stay somewhere to sleep and be comfortable. This place met those expectations. If I wanted a highly polished granite tub, with a down feather water bed, and a mini-living room/kitchen...I would have stayed at a condo. But for those people who expected more of this place, shame on you. The hotel has all the info provided on how the room is. You have a pet? Stay here. You want to be close to the outlet mall? Stay here. You want a cheap rate? Stay here. That is all! Great stay, great staff (esp. Mac) and nice breakfast. Even had a nice field in the back to walk your dog and take it to the bathroom. Even had a "doggy poop bag station."

Liked: Nothing Disliked: Having to lug everything up the stairs (no elevator) how cheap is that. The bathroom only had a shower (no tub) something else that was cheap. The price was too high for the room. Didn't have anywhere else to stay or I would have went somewhere else. Best Western Summer Place Inn is a lot nicer and cheaper and it's across from the beach and close to shopping.

The rooms were crowded. Price is high for such a low class hotel. Only a shower in the bathroom. No elevator. Never stay there again for that price. A room with two double beds was $159.00 a night. Pretty expensive considering other hotels that charge around the same price and they are nicer and are across from the beach. D.B.

I loved the pool, and the coffee even tho i wish there were more packages of coffee in each room. I dont rememeber a running track though hmmmm interesting..are you lieng maybe??We also didnt like that sleeper couch of yours what was up with that???? I dont know but we will see this summer so toodles.
