I love Primm
By Suzan, 5/2/12
I really really like Primm Valley. Even though Laughlin is 40 minutes away from us we still will travel the 2 hours to Primm. They have great comps. We get free rooms and free slot play. Everyone is nice and friendly. I only wish I could get my security deposits back. I'm still waiting. You do not get it back at check out. Other than that we will continue coming and bring friends and family with us

Will return just some advice
By Twoface, 7/10/10
We enjoy the Primm and have for many years. There are 2 things that need to be addressed. One , They need to have somebody walk thru the building/rooms and start making out a list of rerairs that need to be done. Stained bedspreads /replace them, gouges on the wall repair them ,carpet stains clean them. The second is they have 2 types of restaurants really good and not so good. GPs in the Primm it does not get any better. The crab cakes are the best I have ever had and the filet with bernaise sause excellent. Tony romas ,great. The Italian in buffalo bills grat, Silver spur in Whiskey petes grat steaks. However the buffets need help. If they need to charge extra for better food I wish they would. All the personal were great. The bartenders are great and the bell hops where quick and pleasent. In the Primms defence they are remodeling for the better of the place. We will return Because of the people that make it nice place to get away for a mini vacation. We have noticed the machines are a lot looser than in vegas 40 miles down the road with the crowds.

the buffet was very disappointing
By Liz, 7/8/10
We stayed at Buffal Bills. Great rate on room.. Room clean and comfortable.. Tony Roma was closed so we went to the buuffett..OMG ..It was so bad..Their fried shrimp wa sthe tiniest little bay shrimp.. Their carving board was a slab of the stringiest beef ive ever seen..We were both still hungry when we left the resturant.. But other than the Buffett.. it was an enjoyable Stay.

Primm Valley... too prim
By HillybillyCat, 7/4/10
was going to check into the Primm Valley Hotel last weekend. Deskman informed me that Buffalo Bill's was twenty dollars cheaper. I still was down with Primm. Then he told me about the $30 "security deposit" for cash customers. "You get it back when you check out..." Im a grown up. I dont need you people holding my money. I stayed At Buffalo Bill's after all and had a good time.

jewelry stolen in spa
By mckennz, 6/15/10
I disliked the manner in which this company handled my stolen necklace. I took the necklace off during my massage, forgot to put it on upon dressing, I had left it in the robe pocket. Paid for my spa treatment. I walked outside and immediately walked back in, and informed the spa attendant that only five minutes had passed and I had left my necklace in the robe. She said the robes had been picked up and she would retrieve it for me at the end of the day. At the end of the day I came back and was informed my necklace was not found. They also told me that they had no responsbility for the necklace as I signed a waiver. I believe it was stolen from an employee as the necklace was in the pocket of a robe and the attendants had possession of the robe. Do not use this spa!!

it is what it is...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/11/09
I was coming back from vegas early in the morning and was fading. I figure I'll stop at Stateline and get a room and rest up. at seven in the morning they gave me an early check-in. for $34.99 plus tax it was a bargain. Room was spacious. Won a little money at the casino and bought a few things at the mall. Not the same action as Vegas, but still fit my needs.

Going Back a 3 rd time
By Linda, 9/22/08
We went in May of this year. Stayed at the Primm Valley. Room was very clean, food was great. Went Back in July with the whole family including grandkids. We stayed at Buffalo Bills this time. Room again was very clean and food good. We are going back at the end of Sept and will be staying at Primm Valley again. Great system 1 card earns points in all of their Casinos. Great comps!

Great time
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/3/08
My husband and I have been visiting Primm for a long time. I have found that mostly the people are friendly and helpful. We love the concerts and enjoy gambling at Buffalo Bill's. Would love to see some new slots though.

I love it, great low key vegas.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/4/07
My first visit was in May 2007 I was very surprised for the price that we paid, the rooms were large, service and food was very good. The shopping facility is great so convenient the casino is very spacious not as crazy as downtown Vegas or the strip. The rooms are showing it's age but I saw worst at Mesquite I would definitely choose Primm over Mesquite. I'm going back in November with my family and friends!

A Little Taste of Vegas
By Lady49er, 5/21/07
Primm is only about 40 minutes away from Vegas, so this is a great place to go when the prices in Vegas are ridiculous (which is every weekend). Rooms are generally 1/3 to 1/4 the cost of rooms at comparable Vegas properties. While you miss out on all the glitz and excitement that the Strip has to offer, you also miss out on the crowds, the traffic, and the higher prices. Of the three properties at Primm, the Primm Valley Resort is by far the most superior. The pool area is clean and accessible, and they don't kick you out at 5pm like they do in Vegas. The food is like old Vegas buffets; basic and affordable. The gambling runs the gamut from penny slots to almost high rollers, although the table limits are a little higher than I like. The rooms are nicely decorated and basically clean, although the hotel is starting to show its age with creaking floorboards and some grout in the bathroom that needs repair. It's nothing that a good scrubbing and a "to do" list wouldn't take care of, and it certainly does not compromise either health or safety. It is also directly adjacent to an outlet shopping mall, and there is a tram that will take you to the other properties if you'd like a change in atmosphere. The staff was responsive to our needs, although the toll free reservation person I had to speak with about a glitch in our booking (not Primm's fault) was very rude and actually yelled at me because I couldn't understand him because of his thick accent. This is a great place for people who just want a weekend away from it all and do a little gambling.
