Perri House Bed & Breakfast Inn, Orlando

was the best time my family has had in along time.place needs alittle work due to regular wear and tear but the new Management Team Of John and Mario seem to be bringing this place back to where it use to be,i remeber going here when the Perretti's owned the place.its quite and the birds are cheerful to wake up to them singing.we got to watch the fireworks from Disney everynight right from the grounds of Perri House.the breakfast isnt much cereal,fruit,bagels,english muffins ,toast on Sundays Mario makes waffles for everyone.nice touch.mins away from disney and sea world its the place to be when you want to feel at home on vacation.i recommend this place at $89.00 a day you cant go wrong.

The place has gone thru some new owners and has lost some of its original charm but they are turning this warm and cheerful place around.the new Property Manager Inn Keeper Mario brings something that was missing back to this establishment.Give it a try its mins away from everything yet away from all the noise and confussion of the local hotels.I would definately recommend this place.The 89.00 per night fee is a steal.Breakfast is not much thou.maybe it will change for the best soon.Oh the pool is nice and the hot tub is private and its open 24 hours 7 days a week.Wonderful place for couples,familys,even for business.worth looking into.

Place is under new management and is aweful. Stained linens, pool and hot tub were disgusting, no one around to help you, live in guests (?), breakfast- NOT, just cereal boxes and styrofoam bowls. Bathrooms old and out of date, so is the lighting. Beds did not appear clean- STAY AWAY!!!

This place is undeniably the best B&B we ever stayed at in North America. You are literally 5 minutes from everything, yet you feel a million miles away. Words do this place no justice!
