Made reservations, checked in to find no electrical power in our room. Consequently could not clean up until power was restored. Was 20 minutes late for my engagement as a result of the power outage. I received no complementary rate adjustment or any compensation for my inconvienence. COMMENT: On Saturday morning while eating breakfast, i observed guest in the breakfast area wearing their sleep wear. It a public area where guest come to enjoy breakfast not a private kitchen for single family use. Personally i think there should be a rule in place setting a minimum standard of dress for use of the area where food is consumed. Thank you for providing a forum where i could voice my concerns. Nice lobby, but that's about it. Seem to be going through a re-modeling process that has been very long in the process. Outside:Fence falling down, awnings for covered walkways in poor repair, pool/hot tub had no water, landscaping overgrown. Inside: Hallways had unusual smell but may have been due to recent cleaning chemicals or carpet glue. Room: NO SMOKE DETECTOR! Bed looked new, only chair were 1 office chair at desk & 1 small side chair, other furniture was old & cheaply made, freezer compartment in 'fridge covered in aboutn an inch of ice, curtains did not close & looked old, bathroom counter front was chipped. We check out an hour after we checked in. We did get a refund, however.
