Won't go back!
My husband and I went to the State Track Meet and stayed at this hotel. We had reservations for 2 nights. At around midnight the first night we were rudely awakened by a group of track team members staying in the room next to us that had absolutely no respect for anyone trying to sleep. For about an hour we listened to yelling, laughing, doors slamming, loud music, television on full blast, etc. until finally I went downstairs and asked that security go up to their room to make them be quiet. The clerk informed me that there was no security, so I asked to be moved to another room. He informed me that they were sold out for the night so I told him that we were going to have to check-out and I wanted a refund. He told me that I would have to speak to the manager in the morning. The next morning I spoke to the manager and he told me that my refund check would be mailed within 2 weeks and assured me that it would be sent. It has been a month now and I still have not received my refund check. I have spoken to him on numerous occasions and he has given me the run-around each time. I now have the corporate office involved so hopefully I will eventually receive my refund. My advice is if you are going to stay in Baton Rouge, find another hotel!
