i wouldn't stay here again

the elevator was broken. phone line in the room was bad. movie service didn't work. hot tub wasn't hot. the breakfrest bar wasn't kept stocked. the room was stuffy and warm in the morning. the fan stopped working at night. the sheets kept coming off. we wouldn't use the coffee maker cuz it didn't have no filter. the tv was to small. the manager was rude. i wouldn't stay here again.

One of the best in the QC area

I grew up in the Moline area and whenever I return, I stay in a hotel. This one by far has been the best. The staff was so friendly, it even prompted me to send a letter. Everything was clean and in order. The breakfast bar was perfect. We will now be staying here about once a year for a week at a time!
