Service was very good & polite! The room was clean. The breakfast consisted of something hot or cold. We would stay here again.

If possible to give a negative amount of stars I would. Generally, I don't complain, but it was so horrible I can't do a disservice to any future motel guests. First, they overcharged my corporation that should have received a "deal." Next 3 out of 5 lights in my room did not work at all. First morning, had a nice shower but the second morning not a single drop of hot water to be found. When checking out, the girl at the desk was literally the most unfriendly person I've ever encountered. I politely mentioned to her that there wasn't any hot water to which she snapped back, "yeah I know! We've had troubles with it." No apology or condolescences to be seen. No offer for discount, nothing. All I want in a hotel is a bed and a shower. Not too hard to please. Way way overpriced. Not that clean either.

This was my first visit to Montana and it was an excellent trip. The staff was courteous and the room was clean and overlooked the beautiful Montana mountains as I had a view of the Sleeping Giant! The bed linens and pillows were super cozy and the continental breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast was an assortment of bagels, danish, muffins, cereal, belgian waffles, coffee, juice, yogurt, and fruit. The hotel offered newspapers, numerous brochures on local area attractions, and internet connection that was very easy to use. The pool and jacuzzi looked very clean and inviting, however I did not use them on this trip. I am glad I chose to stay here as it is conveniently located near a gas station, grocery store, and close to the interstate as it only took maybe 5 minutes to get to the airport. The Comfort Inn was a good value and I would definitely stay here again.
