The Lodge at Eagle Crest, a Holiday Inn Resort, Redmond

So we get there and its late at night on a Friday and we decide to go to the restaurant/bar for drinks. Great staff!! That was the only positive was the staff was very friendly. The next day we just want to sit by the pool and relax, that was our plan. That did not work out, the pool is located IN THE PARKING LOT! So the view you have while your relaxing is cars driving and parking all day long, which I might add the children’s playground is also located in the parking lot next to the pool and main entrance. We could not get from our room to the lobby without going outside, so this was basically a MOTEL on a golf course. If you want to go the restaurant, better get in your car and drive, if you want to go get a bicycle at the fitness center, better get in your car and drive, and the water park for kids, better get in your car and drive. So all else end fails we decide to hang out on our back porch, have some drinks and order room service. NO ROOM SERVICE!!! Are you kidding me!! Never in my life have I ever paid $200.00 a night at a resort where they did not have room service. We were so fed up with this place we decided to check out a day early and let them keep our money. Home was more fun and more relaxing than this place. I would not suggest this resort to my worst enemy!! Oh and one more thing, the rooms were below average and the shower was HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN!! Motel 6 is better than this motel! Live and learn.

Location and accomodations were absolutely excellent. This was the most beautifully decorated, best equipped unit we've ever stayed in! Right off the sixth green of a gorgeous golf course with amazing scenery in every direction. Could not believe how quiet and dark it was at night.

The condos are nice, and there is a lot to do at this resort. There are bike trails all around the development & halfway up Cline Butte - nice, but they tend to cross the road too often to make for a really good ride. A nice place to get away in the high desert, it's close to lots of fun places to check out, Sisters, Bend, Sunriver.

Eagal Crest is a Beutifull resort sorounding you with a full 18 hole golf corse, lots of bike riding spas tennis corts the works, the rooms are spacios and very cleen, the bigest down fall is it is hard to fine, most residents of the aria arnt even sure where it is.

From the moment you arrive at check-in, till the time you have to check-out, you realize EagleCrest is "what you have been looking for". From the front counter staff, to the service personnel, to the many, many amenities that are available, you will not have enough time to enjoy everthing during one stay. Every employee always had a smile and would stop and assist you, if you requested, at a moments notice. EagleCrest is a very beautiful facility, but the employees give it a 5 star rating. You will be counting the days until you can return.
