I loved it!
By TeresaF, 05/12/08
My boyfriend took me here last weekend, and it was amazing. We loved our suite, and the bar/food downstairs was really good. The hotel is in a great location, and we also took advantage of their bike storage room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Pretty good

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was nice but it smelled really super musty when we first arrived. Opening up the window for a while fixed it. They had a great cold breakfast out of cereal and bagels and things like that but the coffee was pretty bad. You can arrange to have a massage there which was awesome. My advice if you want to stay here: pay the extra $ and get one of those jacuzzi rooms. They probably don't smell. If you're looking for a true bed and breakfast experience, try the Rendon House down the street. The owner makes a breakfast in the morning that will blow your mind. Anyways...I would say I had an over-all pleasant stay. It's a great price so I can't complain too much but they're really not exactly a B+B. Very nice though.

Excellent! Will return!
By Ricky, 07/14/06
Needed directions on the drive up from Harrisburg at 1:30 a.m. Jamie, who happened to be at the front desk was very helpful, and was even waiting for my wife and I outside as we pulled in. Needless to say the hotel staff is very helpful and informative. The room we stayed in was a little small, but it had everything we needed, and all was clean and well maintained. Breakfast on the weekdays is cold, but cereal and fruits was enough for us. It's free so I wouldn't complain. On the weekends the hot breakfast was very good, and once again, free. The balcony was fabulous. We enjoyed sitting out overlooking mainstreet. Overall an excellent experience!!!

Will be back , perfect destination
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/29/06
Perfect location. Excellent staff service. The Emerald Restaurant had an excellent menu with the perfect touch. The mini suite with gas fire palce and a jaccuzi was very nice. Perfect romantic get away. All my historic destinations where within walking distance. Recommend without hesitation.
