Super 8 Memphis Arpt South Tn, Memphis

I am used to staying in cheap hotels, but this was the WORST ONE EVER!! First, they quoted me a price on the phone for a king bed, but when I got there they told me that they were out of kings so THEY MADE ME PAY MORE MONEY for double beds, even though I reserved the room weeks in advance. (This turned out to be a lie, because the next day they told me that all they had was king beds.) The bathroom door was broken and would not close, THERE WAS NO ALARM CLOCK, there were no towels, and THE TOILET OVERFLOWED TWICE!!! Everytime we had to go to the bathroom they would have to come to our room to unclog the toilet. Even with all this, they were completely rude and refused to let me switch rooms. I saw them tell the girl staying next to us that she couldn't sit on the stairs to talk on the phone, so she had to go back in her room. I could go on for days about this HORRIBLE HOTEL, but for the sake of time I will just warn you not to go. I didn't talk to a single person there that wasn't unhappy with their room.
