Georgetown Suites Harbour Building, Washington

The breakfast was good, the location was good and the staff was nice. We were very excited to be able to find a hotel where we could have all of the amenities of home; microwave, refrigerator, high speed wireless. However, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. I was glad that I packed my sanitizing wipes. The base of the toilet was in need of a wipe down, if you know what I mean. The carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed and there was some food smeared on the refrigerator door handle. I liked that there was a door hanger that you could complete if there was “an unsatisfactory condition” in the room. You could fill it out and leave it on your door by 10am and the staff would take care of any problems the next day. But we checked in late and weren't going to leave our issues until the morning. We did appreciate the fact that they offered to take care of the room’s issues. All in all, this place has good bang for your buck, you just might want to bring your own sanitizing wipes in case your room isn’t up to par.
