Quality Inn Salinas, Salinas

By far, the worst Quality Inn I've ever stayed in. First, there is very little parking. Don't come home late, or you're out of luck. The walls are paper thin. With a baby, the neighbors talking and watching TV kept her up most of the night. The breakfast was pitiful, by Quality Inn standards. The room was not really a room. It's more like a walk in closet with three small tables inside. It was an absolute mess, trash overflowing onto the floor, spilled juice and waffle batter, truly, a mess. They were out of waffle batter and I was told that they were closing in 15 minutes so we could not get more. The apple juice was like water. The toaster did not work. The "hot water" for tea was darker in color than the apple juice. On check-in, the staff member was very nice. The one in the morning at breakfast and check-out was rude and very unfriendly. Quality Inn should look at this hotel and consider changing management, or removing their franchise.
