lets start with the only parking is in garage at 23.00 additional. My key did not open the door and had to go back down to get another key. Room cleaning at 1030 am ?? there breakfast on the go lol for what is portrayed as upscale was fruit with bag breakfast. the juccuzzi inside was out of order everything else outdoors 30-40 degrees outside. Lets not include full price while underconstruction. If looking for somewhere nice not a recommendation

It was great they upgraded us to a one bedroom suite; we were excited it was next to the pool at first; however we didn't get to take advanage of the pool since we were so tired when coming in on a late check in and you heard everyone coming in and out until the pool closed. Easy access to the Freeway when we had a early flight out in the morning. The staff was helpful; however weren't experts in family friendly restaurants. Average morning Breakfast; small area for seating for such large amount of people dinning.

I loved that we were able to find a room that would sleep all six of us. I don’t like having to go to separate rooms at the end of the day when vacationing with family. We had a great large corner suite with a balcony view of the space needle , nice kitchen and the best sleeping king size bed ever. Our room also had a large dining table which was great for games after a long day of doing touristy stuff. The location of the Pike Street Suites was perfect, walking distance from everything we were looking to do. About five blocks from the Mono-rail and about 10 from Pike's Market. We arrived by train at 10:30 they let us check in early so we didn’t have to carry our bags around all day. When we left our train didn’t depart till 4:30 so Pike Street Suites checked our bags while we went out for the day and when we got back they gave us a ride to the train station. Absolutely wonderful!

The rooms have everything! Kitchen, sitting room, and they are very clean. We have stayed at Hyatt, etc. and found this place to have excellent value. Staff could not have been nicer! Breakfast buffet was also very good.Location is just uptown from the market and very quiet.I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I travel a lot on business and pleasure and was very happy with the place. Nice pool, laundry, everything you really need for a holiday or if you are working away from home. High speed internet access in room. Very efficient concierge/bell person and front desk helped with all manner of questions. Hotel has a very good car service they use that is more reasonable than a cab and more convenient than airport bus. We used to get to the airport. Call them to get info.

This was my first visit to Seattle and I was interested in staying in a hotel downtown that included a breakfast with the price of the room. As I am a single woman, I was also interested in feeling secure in the location ot the hotel. When I arrived the young man bumped me up to to a 2 room suite. I found my room quite comfortable and very clean with a great view of the Space Needle. The breakfast was outstanding with a variety of fruits, pastries, omelets, waffles, etc. The front desk was very helpful with suggestions and directions whenever I asked for help. The hotel shuttle was also very handy. I fell in love with this city and if I ever go back I will definitely stay as this hotel again. .

My husband and I and our friends stayed here about a year ago and really liked our stay, except the charge for the parking. We did have one problem, the pool and the hot tub were both closed for cleaning, and they weren't open the whole weekend that we were there. We weren't told that when we made the reservations, so my friend and I kind of complained at the front desk about it, (since we would have stayed somewhere else if we had known about the pool being closed). Anyway, they gave us each a free two night stay to come back when then pool was open! We thought that was great customer service and really appreciated it! We will be going back to use our free weekend soon!

Good people, good location, outdoor pool, good view. The hotel could use a renovation but I was told they would be having a major renovation over the next three years.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was easy to walk downtown and check out the sights. I was a little dissapointed because the website did not say anything about parking when I registered and I ended up having to pay around $23/day to park my car. I just wish the website had said something about that. overall the experience was good.

I stayed here for four nights while in Jan 2005. My room had a great view out towards the Space Needle. The staff were helpful. The rooms were nice. Easy walk into the shopping area, and close to the end of the free bus tunnel taking you down to Pioneer Square or Downtown. Would certainly stay here again.
