Park Inn by Radisson DFW Airport South TX, Irving

I loved the service I received. Human resource manager Edith at the front desk has demonstrated the most professional behavior upon my arrival. I have never met a customer service representative that would go out of her way to accomodate the customer. Loved this hotel, room was big and bed very comfortable. Every necesity was in the room. How many rooms come with fridge and microwave? I was blown away by the service I received compared to the price I paid! Thank you Edith.

I WANTED TO COMPLIMENT THIS HOTEL!! GREAT! GREAT ! GREAT! IT SHOULD HAVE A HIGHER RATING THAN A 3! THE FRONT CLERK THAT CHECKED US IN ON 8/18/08 @ 10.00 PM WAS THE FRIENDLIEST, MOST HELPFUL AND WILLING TO ASSIST PERSON THAT I HAVE MET IN A VERY LONG TIME. DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS SHE SMILED AND LAUGHED WITH US! THAT MEANT A LOT!! ESPECIALLY AFTER THE ALL DAY DRIVE GETTING THERE!! THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF ON THE 5th FLOOR (WHERE WE STAYED...BY REQUEST OF MY DAUGHTER) WERE VERY NICE AND WILLING TO ASSIST AS WELL!! THE HOTEL OVERALL WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL KEPT! THANKS TO HOTWIRE FOR GETTING ME THIS RESERVATION!!! I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN....IF I EVER RETURN TO THE DALLAS AREA! THE ONLY DOWNSIDE TO OUR STAY....FOR THE KIDS....WAS THAT THE POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER!!! THEY GOT IN THE HOT TUB AND THAT SEEMED TO PACIFY THEM!! THANKS AGAIN....AND I HOPE THAT FRONT DESK CLERK KNOWS WHAT AN ASSET SHE IS TO YOUR FACILITY!!!!

We saw the poor reviews for this hotel, but thought the huge pool would be worth it. The picture of the pool is twice as big as the actual pool. ): So we agree with any other reviews that say 1. Restaurant is just so, so and expensive. 2. Hotel is newly remodeled, but poorly done. 3. Room is hot, unable to get cooled down. 4. The pool is small and not really heated. 5. There have to be better hotels out there for the price.

I like this place because it's close the airport and some shopping centers, restaurants and shops. The hotel is well placed, the personal are pleasant and the rooms and restaurants are very clean. The access from and to airport is easy.

There is mold every where. They go around and replace the ceiling tiles, but they don't fix the source of the problem. The carpets are dirty and moist. The pool is full of slime. Good luck getting the shuttle to pick you up or drop you off. The fitness center has crappy equipment, some of which is broken. Restaurant is horrible. I had to stay here for three weeks and was sick constantly because of the mold and mildew. Very depressing

The staff at the Radisson made us feel at home. We were given a very nice room for a good price. We LOVED the FREE happy hour!! Can't wait to go to Irving again!

there is to many bad things about this hotel to name them all. so heres some examples: Hotel Staff: Rude, Snobby, barley able to speek english. (this was dallas) not San Antonio. Room: Spacious, i liked it. Although, the sheets STUNK! and the pellows too. which was disqusting!....We needed another blanket, so we called the front desk. "We are out of blankets". O Pleeeseeeee!... Pool: After a long day at 6 flags, the hottub would have been nice, but it was "out of order"...The pool was mostly closed, which boared out kids. They said "there was a chemical imbalence"...i think it was because there was a meeting in the confrence room and they didnt want kids yelling, Which is understandable.... Noise: The walls were VERY thin, or the people next door talked with Megaphones. Location: the location was ok, there was ALOT of highway construction around, which made entering the parking lot very tricky at times. We dont plan to return.
