The best thing I can say about this motel is the price, but you definitely get what you pay for. It was fairly clean, but door knobs were broken, blankets had holes in them, bathroom linen was stained, air conditioner was either freezing cold or burning up there was no in between. The beds were awful (I'm still sore). The continental breakfast consisted of a donut and a loaf of bread if you were down there before 8:00AM. The desk clerks were not overly friendly. At 9:00PM I asked for an extra blanket and the clerk looked at me like I was crazy and said she would have to go look for one. At 11:00PM she finally called me and told me I could come pick up the blanket. Also, when I made the reservations online it did not say anything about an extra charge for pets. When I got there, there was a sign that said it was an extra $10.00 per night for a pet. On my itemized bill they charged me 10.70 per night for the pet and 1.07 per night for the safe. I asked what the extra .77 cent was for and they told me tax. They then charged me tax on the total at the bottom so they are double taxing their customers. It's not a lot of money, but it's the principal of the matter. I was very disappointed in our stay here.

Just been there for a while, and the service is good, and the people there are nice, and there are as it should be. I recommand it to everyone who want's a good and quiet place, and it is not that far from everything you need.

We were in Leesburg to my ailing mother-in-law, so we HAD to stay somewhere. I had received a bit of a discount on line, so we reserved a room. We had requested a quiet room due to my recent surgery, so we stopped by in the late morning to double check before going to the hospital for our visit. When we returned later that night our room was a total disappointment. It was dirty, the staff was extremely rude, and our room overlooked the disturbingly noisy carwash. We asked to be moved, but the obnoxious manager refused to do anything for us because we had already received enough of a discount. This "motel" would never be an option again!!
