Better Service

When I went here a couple years ago I experienced many of the same problems. Although rescently they changed owners and are under new management. The front desk staff was much more receptive and even gave me a discount when we decided to go snowboarding again and stay a second night. Robert the front desk clerk was fun to talk to and really took care of all my needs.

Discomforting

When I checked in the price I was quoted on the internet was not the same. They didn't include tax so I couldn't compare prices with other hotels in the area. When I went to get into bed the pillows were covered with dirt and make-up. It was very late at night and when I spoke to the front desk all he did was hand me new sheets so I could change my own bed. He didn't offer to move my room or remake my bed for me. I will NEVER stay at a Super 8 again.

It was alright

The only problem i had was that they didn't accept the internet price and over the phone they said they gave a discount for AAA and when i checked in they did not accept it.
