i stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed the staff they was friendly and polite but when i checked out i was charged for another week and they held money out of my account and caused overdraft after overdraft to my bank account. after contacting them and requesting they release the funds back to my account they still haven't. i work out of town and now my wife and kids are back at home without any money thanks to the manager that avoids my calls and won't release the funds so my family has money for food and gas to take them back and forth to school. my wife has to take my handicapped daughter to therapy 3 times a week and thats on hold until the manager gives me back MY MONEY. hope this helps.. by the way they manage 2 comfort inns there too... thanks ECONO ROBBERS

Welcome to the Sweetwater Trailer Park

Honestly, this hotel is in front of a trailer park. Not just that, the residents like to play around and dog fight at this beautiful picnic spot that was mentioned earlier. I do not recommed this at all!

I would stay here again.

The building is solidly built and quiet. Not like new ones with paper thin walls. My room was clean. The staff was effecient, extremely courteous and personable. Being able to sit on the picnic benches next to the pond was a treat. Over all, a very good value. I would recommend this hotel to others. They welcome bikers too.

very freindly services and very nice and clean room nice breakfast and helpfull staff we like pound on back of hotel and picinic spot i advice to stay in this hotel to my friends and family

Checked in..and checked right out!

Gives the illusion of tranquility because it's by a body of water, BUT is located next to a dilapidated trailer park. The room was dirty and unmaintained; the bedspread had cigarette burns, the bathroom was old and dirty looking, the refrigerator was kicked in. I checked into a first floor room and immediately felt unsafe so I called the 800 number and made a reservation at the Comfort Inn right off I-75.
