Comfort Inn Apple Valley, Sevierville

We liked everything about it (location, room size, comfortable, quiet, free breakfast with plenty of selections and seating). We'll be back soon.

The motel was very clean and well maintained. The managment was wonderful. The manager even called us by our name everytime he saw us even though the motel was full he took the time to remember his guest. The kids LOVED the pool. We look forward to future vacations stays there.

My family and I came here for the weekend. The decorations were beautiful! The first thing I noticed was the lovely nativity scene out front. What a great hotel! The room was very clean and so spacious. There were 5 of us in one room and there was plenty of room. The extra sink outside of the bathroom made it easy for all 5 of us to stay in the room. The sitting area sofa made into a bed which was nice. I also liked having a microwave and mini fridge in the room. With a little one in our family, it was helpful. The pool area was so nice. I wish we could have stayed longer so my son could swim. It was very clean as well. The staff was wonderful! The sweet lady who cleaned our room was so friendly. The staff in the breakfast area were very friendly as well. I have no complaints and I am not easy to please. We will be back.

Great place to stay. Clean and secure. The landscape is incredible. My wife and I have been staying here since 2000. We plan to spend our 25th anniversary there in December!

Did not honor reservation made on this website. Up to six staff members smoking at the handicap entrance- property is supposed to be non-smoking! Does NOT meet ADA standards for wheelchairs. No van Accessible spaces in the handicap parking. Wheelcahirs are required to enter a door that zigzags- way too narrow. Beds do not have enough space for wheelchairs- replace two queens with one king.

This was a very nice place to stay. I am very picky where I stay. It was just us girls this time and hadn't stayed here before and found out that the staff was very helpful, wanted to do everything they could to make your stay a nice one. I will remember this place and stay here again.

This is a wonderful motel to stay at. Emaculately clean and the best beds. Usually motels beds kill our backs. But not here, very comfortable. Emaculately clean!!! Enjoyed our second stay!!!

We stayed here for 2 nights and found it to be very comfortable. My husband has a bad back and the beds were very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The housekeepers were great and always asked if we needed anything extra. I would definitely stay here again-as a matter of fact we're planning our next trip to Pigeon Forge and will try to stay here again

We spent 4 nights. We were tempted by other bargains on hotel signs but decided to continue with our stay because of the emmaculate conditions. Bed was very comfy and sheets fit. Shower was great. The breakfast was well stocked and clean. All common areas of the hotel were as clean and well maintained as I have seen for that type of hotel.

This is a nice place, beautiful grounds and lobby. Our room was clean but I have stayed at places that were cleaner. The employees were nice but not overly friendly. They have a no smoking policy. You cannot smoke any where on the property. I would never smoke in the room because I do not smoke in my house but you would think the patios and balconies would be okay. If you are a smoker, do not stay here. There is a $150. fine for smoking on the property!!! We were told we would get a room on the front facing the road which is what we wanted. We got that but there are huge trees on the front very near the balconies so you can't see anything but the trees.We went for the car show, Shades of the Past, and wanted to sit on the balcony and watch the old cars on the street. The free breakfast was very nice. The location is great for shopping at Tanger Outlet. The rate for the room was a little high considering we stay at Barefoor Resort at North Myrtle Beach, two bedroom gorgeous condo, screened porch (smoking permitted on the porch) for less than the rate we paid here. I will probably not stay here again because of the strict no smoking policy. They require that you sign a statement that you will not smoke on their property!! I have never had to do that before,anywhere!
