Lesson for a 6 year old

To whom it may concern,
My experience there was not the best in customer service. The rooms were clean, however the service was rude and unconcerned about our needs. For ex. I asked Manager/ for extra towels because there was only one towel and one wash cloth in the room, she was rude and did not give any eye contact. When we left my 6 year old daughter gave the manager the key and said bye (4 times, Same lady) did not respond nor acknowledge her. My daughter had to experience racism at an early age tell me where that's fair.
