Great Location

I found this property to be in a great location that was convenient to the freeways, and the Light Rail System (VTA). The customer service was exceptional, the variety of breakfast choices and dinners that are all FREE made it even more inviting. It is an all suite hotel that makes you feel like you are staying in your own home. It was warm and all the amenities were top notch.

Low end food, low end services

- Room size is fine, but its furnitures are getting very old-fashioned... - Don't expect to make any meal in the room, it lacks of most of the basic utensils - Swimming Pool is amazingly small, just big enough for relaxing in the water, but no way to practice swimming. - Work-out room has a few machine clustered in a very small and ugly room, you have to be extremely motivated to use it. - Breakfast based on low end products. No fresh fruits except melon every day, fruit juices were having a chemincal taste, all far below an international breakfast. And you have like watching fox news every morning... - The small shop next to the reception was not well supplied.

EXCELLENT!!!

While I was staying in san jose for 3 weeks, I had stayed at the holiday inn, the fairmont, the hyatt, and finally discovered homewood suites. Homewood was by far better then all of the other hotels combined. There was not a thing I disliked about this place. Great service, great price, great everything. Take my word, this place is great.
