Good place to stay! My favorite hotel in this area for sure. Staff was kind. Ended up getting this hotel pretty cheap at SweetHotelDeals. Net actually.

No Water!

They have a major water flow problem. 2 morning there was barely enough water for the water to come out of the shower head. On the 3rd morning, there was NO water for 45 minutes. Do not stay here if you want to shower in the morning.

Not what expected

Was not satisfied with over all trip have stage 4 cancer that has spread to my bones so I reguested a restroom with bars that was handicapped accesible which it was not. For the money we paid I feel there were a lot of things not included in the hotel room I just hope I will be around next year for a vacation in a nicer hotel. Will not come back or recommend this hotel to anyone. I had to put my hands on the bathroom floor to be able to get on and off of the toilet which I did not find exceptable.

I love this hotel!!!!

I was celebrating my graduation and went to Chicago for a SADE concert. The trip was amazing. The customer service was great from when I spoke to a young lady on the phone to book the hotel, I believe "Mary" who told me all the hot spots of chicago and recommended a fabulous room. I recommend after this stay to book a suite. The rivera suite was beautiful, great view. Room service for late night munchies was wonderful. I must say from the cleaning service to the bell men, everyone at this hotel was pleasant and helpful. Great location as well, city blocks are long but there were still some great places to eat however if you are not use to walking don't believe them when they say it's just 6 blocks..(lol) ...

A beautiful hotel, but....

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly. But I was quite disappointed with the extra charges. There is no free parking only valet and public across the street behind the hotel. The trains are very obvious. Internet access is a $15 additional charge. For the price of these rooms more should be included. There are plenty other choice hotels, I won't go back.

This is a very clean property. The staff was very friendly. The parking is in a parking ramp. The cost was very reasonable. Very nice Hotel.

Great place!

The hotel was beautifully decorated, the views outside our windows were breath taking. The hotel staff helped us with directions getting around chicago. The entire staff was helpful and everyone we encounted was very gracious.

Great location

I loved the hotel. The staff was friendly, the room and bed was just outstanding and the view was breath taking. The room that we had overlooked the skyline of the city. Everything we wanted to see and do was in walking distance. We enjoy our stay at Renaissance Chicago and will stay at this hotel again in the near future.
