Will Be Back When in the area

We had a very nice stay every one was very efficent and very frindly. It was very Clean and the breakfast was good.We stayed two different weekends and got the same great service. We plan to stay at this hotel when we are in the Knoxville area.

Excellent Service

I liked the staff members alot expecially that they seemed to work together. As I walked into the main door at all times during the day, I was greatly hello, how are you today ? The breakfast is really neat, they have a kiosk that tells the weather, and what they are going to prepare for the next day. They have everything you could imagine, they have hot foods and cold foods : examples are : cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, bagels, sausage, eggs, waffles, some kinds of differnt variety kits they make up with meats and eggs in it. I've stayed at the airport hampton inn alot since it's closer to the Airport, and I would highly reccommend it to anyone that would ask me about it. thanks,

Average hotel, good for airport stay

One of the worse Hampton Inns that I have seen. However, location is good for airport stay (free shuttle runs every 15 minutes in the morning; other times on request). Absolutely disgusting "breakfast": egg substitute, spoiled fruit salad, watery orange juice or corn syrup juice mixed with colourants and cranberry flavour. Internet connection reached 40 kbps - I used to have faster dial-up ten years ago. Looks like Hampton is striving to lower its quality rating...

Cant wait to go back

The service was great everyone was very polite and very helpful. Always ready to provide anything we needed. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and tidy. Had a nice spacious work table very comfortable chairs. Housekeeping was wonderful very nice and polite. The location was great it was close to the shopping centers and resturants. They were in the process of remodeling but you never knew it. Our stay was wonderful and I would recommend it highly to everyone.
