Goodnite Inn & Suites, Bullhead City

On 11/15/04 my husband and I stayed at the Best Value Inn & Suites at 2201 Rancho Colorado Blvd. in Bullhead City, AZ. It was the most awful experience I have ever had. I have stayed in hotels around the world and this one will always stay on my mind. The room was so filfty, and when I turned down the sheets it was awful. I had to lay down all the towels on the bed, and slept in my clothes and shoes. The phone in the room was broke, and we had to ask for the tv clicker and a alarm clock. The maid was chewing gum, and to my surprize there were gum wrappers in the hallways. The elevator and floor was filthy dirty. I waited for my credit card bill to come in to see where it was billed, so I could complain. They should have gave us $55 to stay there. I honestly wanted to call the health dept. Someone should give them a surprize visit to really see what is going on there. I hope I never run into another hotel like this one. Linda Morton
