Outrageously expensive!!! Like, 8 dollars for a soda. I arrived and was immediately given the rules of the property including two towel card that required a 150 Euro each deposit. If you lose the two card you lose your deposit. Not a great idea for people with kids, you inevitably will be paying a very high price for this. Cleaning people came into the room after I checked in to look a the mini bar, removed all the items, wipped it down, put all the items back. I was trying to sleep, didn't need people coming in to deal with a mini bar. That should have been done before I got into the room. The conceirage was totally unfriendly. Told me to look at the map when I asked if there was anything on the property she would receommend. They place lied about having all the restaurants. There was only one place to eat dinner when I was there. The water sports are way over priced. The hotel knows you can't easily leave the grounds so the gauge you on prices for everything. Complete rip off, I will never stay here again!!!!! I had to call corporate Sheraton group to help get me out of the rest of my reservation at this place. I would never in a million years stay here or recommend anyone else waste a penny at this place.
