Stay way
Front desk rude, very rude. We had called from 30 min. away and talked to front desk girl, she was not there when we go there,so El Petel told us someone canceled our reservation, I tried to show him my cell phone,only one call to motel, he would not look, told us he only had one room, we told him "Candy told us $81.99, he ran off bill, it had $84.00, I questioned it,he said, do you want it or not, I only have one room left,didn't know if there was anything else available so we took it, should not have. He would not take my Triple A card and Candy said they take it. My friend waited in the waiting area, while I got our things,While there a couple came in, Patel told them he only had 2 rooms left, he charged them $99.00, while in the elevator going to our room, I told them what had happened to us, they found a room at the Holiday Inn Express and left immediatly. Our card keyy wouldn't work, went down to front desk, Patel said OH! Room 210, gave me a keyy, would not unlock the room, some men came by and helped us get the door open, my friend had already gone down to get Patel, when he got to our room, he said the door was open, I said yes but can't get the key out. He gave us a different room, I ask if it was like this one he said yes, it was not. Hot tub way too hot to get in it. Very hard to understand PATEL, VERY ROUGH ENGLISH. Will NOT stay there again, if nothing in Lincoln available, I suggest driving on to Springfield or Bloomington. I called the Comfort Inn Customer Relations Dept. They said they would take care of it ,have not heard as of yet.
