Hotel & Staff were nice but...

The only complaint I have is that the hotel didn't do anything about the loud people staying on the same floor as us who made so much noise at night that my sister and I couldn't get any sleep. We kept reporting them to the hotel and nothing happened. I believe the hotel didn't even have any security at night. There were folks in there smoking weed and you could even smell it while in your room with the door closed. These were mainly hurricane Rita evacuees and they practically took over the hotel at night. Other than that the hotel was nice, in a great location around the Gwinett Place Shopping Mall and Ryan's Restaurant and a bus line.

The Staff Was Wonderful, But The Hotel Was Awful

The staff could not have been nicer, but the rooms are horrible. We were on a smoking floor, and you could smell the smoke as you got off the elevator. My eyes were burning and I got a headache, which never happens to me. The beds are most uncomfortable, and the bathrooms are not clean. We left the hotel within three hours of checking in. I am not a particular person, but I would never recommend staying here. It was $64.00 a night, but should have been $29.00!! As we were leaving the hotel, police cars pulled up and arrested two people.
