Truly professional staff

We have used this hotel twice now as a stopover for flights in or out of RDU. On both occasions we were impressed with the convenience, location, services, functionality, and cleanliness of the hotel. But the most impressive aspect of the hotel was how professional and friendly the staff was and how willing they were to assist us during our stay. On more than one occasion they anticipated our needs and offered assistance , even before we requested something. I was pleasantly amazed, I guess because I have seen so many people in the industry who only grudgingly offer their service. The staff here lifts the hotel to a different level, and sets a standard that will be difficult for other hotels to match. Because of them, this hotel will always be our choice in Raleigh.
