Motel 6, Spartanburg

I was impressed by the security patrols during the night in the parking lot. There didn't seem to be any trouble makers, that you find at alot of cheaper motels. The room was very simple, no extras. We had two beds, TV, and phone. I wish there had been an alarm clock, that would have been nice. The staff was very nice, I forgot my key card and locked it in the room, they were very nice at gave me another one. The motel seemed to cater mostly to construction workers that are from out of town, and working local contracts. With this said there was hardly any noise after 9pm almost every one was asleep, although around 5:30am every morning there was alot of noise from diesel pickups and construction vehicles leaving. Overall I was pleased, you can't beat it for the price, east access to the highway and to anywhere in Spartanburg that you need to go. Several food places within 1 mile. My BIGGEST complaint, NO WIFI!!! but they told me they would have it soon, so ask before hand if you are needing to use your laptop.
