My daughter woke up with bed bug bites; it was appalling. We called the front desk and a cleaning staff person checked the mattress and told us to purchase Benedryl for her bites. They moved us to a different room that the carpet was so soiled that walking across it after showering to the bed our feet were dirty--disturbing. The office staff was curt and unbelievably rude.

Extremely clean and peaceful. A bit of a jaunt from the Busch Gardens strip, but if you want a nice clean place with a clean pool set back off the highway this is it! I travel on business and was tired of the overpriced, filthy places on the blvd. near the Gardens. Great free breakfast here and IHOP is next door if you want a larger breakfast fare. It's not the Hilton, but for the price you get courteous management, quick room needs (I requested extra towels and they arrived in 4 minutes), internet, a nice clean pool, and convenience to I-75. This one will be my stop for any stay in Tampa. BTW...this place is a stones throw to Lettuce Lake Park...a boardwalked nature preserve ...I would check it out if you like watching herons, hawks, gators, turtles, cypress trees, or canoeing.

Very good location. Went to a concert and went to the Hard Rock Cafe, which was close by. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Definetly would go back and plan to do so. The Ihop next door was a plus! We were there in November and plan to make that our hotel stop for the convience and price.
