Super 8 Boone, Boone

When we arrived, we check the beds, the sheets were dirty, they changed us to another room, was suposed to be NOT SMOKING rooms, but the smell of cigarrete was very strong. the price was good, but the service not to good.

No extra towels or pillows. Staff was not customer service orientated. Light bulbs were out in the room. I had to fix the public computer at the front desk to print tickets. It was a clean hotel/motel at a low rate..

As soon as we go there (which was extremely late after a very long day of driving) and I turned back the sheets, I discovered that someone had "cleaned their nose" on the blanket on the bed. When I call the front desk to request a fresh blanket, I was told I could come down and get it. The next day, the room began to have a very strong cigarette smoke smell. My husband has asthma and we had an infant with us so this was unexceptable. This time when I called the front desk, the young lady sounded very put out but came to the room with air freshener. As most people know, this does not get rid of cigarette smoke. With the next call, the person who answered sound put out (again) but brought a fan up to the room. The smoke smell continued for the next day - we never could figure out where it was coming from. The room was dirty and the staff was not friendly. Although a Super 8, it was way to pricey for this type of service.

Many sites lead you to believe this place is priced FROm $28/night... try over $100.00+ Nowhere near that price... don't even bother calling. It's a Super8 - not a 5 star hotel! Cheaper to rent a cabin in the area!

i thought the pool was huge and the price was reasonable. i disliked the breakfast though. it was a little raunchy. but the service was great the rooms were clean and i very much liked it.

We went to Boone with our church group for a ski trip. The youth leader booked at rooms at the Super 8 because the rate was really reasonable. This hotel was nice and a great value. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool is huge. This is one of the best ski vacations our group has ever taken. After a day of skiing the fireplace in the breakfast area was the perfect place to relax with a cup of hot chocolate and one of the delicious cookies the staff baked each evening. Don't miss out on this great place.

We travelled with ten other families and their 11 year old sons for a basketball tournament in Boone. We choose this hotel because of the great value. It was clean, the staff polite, and the indoor pool a great feature.
