Horrible service from hotel and yahoo travel

Paid for a room for 4 people on Yahoo travel for this hotel. When we arrived, they would only give us a room for 2 people. Hotel manager "singh" was rude, and refused to give a room for 4 people and refused to provide a refund. We stayed at the Hampton Inn down the road. The staff was courteous, and breakfast was free. Complaint filed with Yahoo (Travelocity). They did nothing. I won't be making any more reservations on Yahoo Travel
