Time to update this hotel

My first view upon walking into my room was a stained bench. What a nasty first impression. In addition, the sheet had a visible hole in it, and the adjoining room occupants could be heard very clearly. This hotel looks and feels like something from the early 80s and has not been updated in a long time.
