Sinks are outside of bathroom. Refrigerator didn't work properly. Toilet didn't work properly and when we asked at the desk for someone to check it the man was rude. Fan in bathroom didn't work. We usually stay at the Country Inn and Suites on W. Henrietta which is much much nicer. Would never stay at this hotel again.

Ok. Rooms are small. breakfast was ok. some hot items were cold. swimming pool are could be bit more clean. Had a beer bottle from a previous guest in the room. All I got to say is stay away from this hotel. I do not think I saw a smile on any employee at this hotel. it shows thru out.

My husband and family and I stayed at the Wellesley on a regular basis from September 1998 until March 2000, sometimes for a month at a time, when our beloved dog, Spiker John, was undergoing radiation and unbelievable other testing and treatment at Veterinary Specialists of Rochester. My family and myself, but more importantly, Spiker John, were treated like family. When my dog became deathly ill in the middle of the night, the staff assisted me in getting him to the emergency room at the vet hospital. The staff (particularly John and Esther) did everything in their power to make us feel welcome and at home and assisted me in allowing me to basically run my office at home on a long distance basis. The kindness and compassion and professionalism of the staff at this hotel are unsurpassed and it made Spiker John's final months of his life comfortable which meant everything to us. It is clean and quiet and very conveniently located and close to everything.

For the same money we stayed at a Holiday Inn, with better accommodation and a lot more class. This was a two-person room - there was only ONE chair to sit on, the other person had to sit on the end of a bed. A hairdryer fell on my husband's foot, when he went to pull a pillow off a shelf. If this was "budget" accommodation, it was not reflected in the price. NO restaurant, poxy "continental" breakfast (what continent? remind me not to go there), and even the apples they provided for the fine breakfast had sticky patches on them (where the labels were removed?). Enough said.
