Absolutly dreadful!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where do I begin, I was in Niagara for the slo-pitch provincial tournament. My entire team was staying there and the captain of the team reserved the rooms, upon checking in the staff and manager were incredibly rude. The manager had waved the deposit fee for certain rooms booked by the team, but would not for mine. I then had to pay for the 2 nights before I was able to obtain my room keys. When I got to the room it took me 45 minutes to get hot water for my shower, and i was unable to watch any shows on the tv since we could only get certain channels which only showed cartoons or news. I am very dissappointed in the service from the hotel. When I called down to report that my room was getting no hot water there response was that it takes a while for the hot water to come on and I would need to leave it running. The amount of money I paid for the 2 nights does not even come close to the services we got. then when checking out we had to prove that we paid cause they put the charge onto another room.
I would not stay here again, I am in Niagara Falls at least 3 times a year and have stayed at many hotels/motels and by far this was the worst experience I have ever had. The cost of the hotel was double the normal cost which I find pathetic! They double the price per night and don't care about the people renting the rooms. Never once were we told about any other services the hotel offered, or what time the pool was open to and from. Where the ice machine was located. I also had a coffee maker in my room which was broken so another thing that I couldn't use. This hotel is run very poorly and I would really not recommend anyone to stay here.
