Clarkton Hotel, Angeles City

This place was clean and staff very polite and helpful. The food was great and room service 24 hours. I have to say, I have stayed at many hotels in Asia, but this hotel is a winner in my books. Also has a pool, which is an absolute, being in Angeles (no beaches there). I will return to this hotel if ever back in Angeles.

I really found the staff very nice. They all seemed to understand my American , which aint English! The house keepers were great, WE could always get extra towels and pillows, And could leave our small change to pile up in the room, and nothing was ever touched! Which anyone who knows, theft is a major proplem in the Phils., but not here! And the wait staff were a BUNCH OF SWEETYS, we always got great food and service, Even if it was a special order, or cooked a certain way, they pulled it off! It was all so clean and organized, We never had proplems getting help or information, I would say the best hotel in the Philippines. s

i like its dinner buffet i think is the best in angeles city.. it has also free shuttle service infront of sub subdelicious every 30 mins thats why its an easy access after partying and bar hopping..Rooms are airconditioned , with Mini Bar, Free Internet and a Cable-TV!

i stay her every time i visit Angeles...last time was May 2009, very clean rooms..especially the new block...the things i like are obviously the staff and the 24 hour facilities...and the location away from Fields but within a free bus ride away..great pool...just sit back and chill out...x

The food was great the service was the best i had so far the room was clean (old room) The club Mirror was great meet a very nice lady there going back soon as for the food it was great like see more American food on the buffet at dinner time the pool look clean all the time i recomend this hotel you can bring your wife an children there in have good time thanks for making me feel welcome Dennis

This is the hotel I met my wife for the first time, so it holds a special place in my heart. The main part of the hotel is older, but contains a club, Mirrors, and a great restarurant. Has a great breakfast buffet. They have a extensive menu with american, german and of course flipino items. They have a great pool and lounge area. Also although it wasn't there when I was last, they have a karokee lounge. The new part of the hotel has much better rooms, free internet, and international cable, and plenty of hot water for the shower. If you want the night life the location is far down from fields ave, but they have a shuttle van that takes you down there. However I love walking and it just a 10 minute walk.

we stayed there for one week end februar 2007. My wife was always the only european woman at the pool:-) free WLAN internet access in the new building. Valuable meals, good service. We will come back

When I check-in on june16 they gave me a room with bad smell so I ask the lady to give me another room. So they did but the room they gave had a worn out and raggedy sheets and towel. I paid almost 1,695 per night and I think they should think about renewing their linens to satisfy the customers.

This is the 5th time I have stayed in Clarkton, and it just gets better and better. The Rooms are bright and clean, the food is superb, all the staff go out of there way to make you so welcome. The pool is cleaned each morning which you can see if you wake early enough!!! They have even taken notice of the Wimp who did not like smokers, by sectioning off a 'no smoking' area in The Restaurant!!! Highly recommended.
