Example of a hotel lacking major management attention. This hotel is living off the past glory days and needs major overhaul. The room given me was not ready for habitation: phone does not work, no towels, air con does not work. After 5 days I was given a different room and the back sliding door is off track and needs to be reseated to open/close. The staff seems to try their best with limited resources. The carpets were in such bad shape, and needed replacement 10 years ago. At least shampoo it! The wireless router is non-functional part of the time... This is not the staffs fault... they try. Management is lacking...

oh my god...some of the workers are very rude...i really dont feel going back there...but the food is great and the location..its accessible to anywhere i wana go...

Clean rooms. Service is good. Staff very courteus, pleasant.I like the restaurant,and surrounding restaurants in the compound. I have stayed in this hotel several times and I highly recommend this hotel.

I like the location/very near in all what my little boy needs.Only what I dont like is the service and unfriendly workers.The rooms and location was quite nice but the problem... is water in the shower was brownny, a lot of worm I dont how.But the restaurant was good, breakfast excellent.

This hotel is in Iloilo City. It is a 10 minute taxi ride to downtown Iloilo. It is alos near U.P. Western Visayas and Doctors Hospital. The hotel is clean. The food is good. The staff is friendly. But, the price is not cheap. Plan an at least $65 dollars per night. If you eat at the gotel and visit the night club, add another $40 a day. The hotel is good for a hot shower and food before catching a flight back to Manila and the States, Japan, Seoul or Shanghai.
