Ranger Inn, Bangor

I stayed here last summer with my husband and baby. Never again! The owner tried to scam us by saying the rates had changed (the manager said the rates never change). The place was filthy - we had to buy some bleach and scrub the bathroom before we could use it. The shower was covered in rust, dirt and paint chips and the towels were a disgusting grey color. There was a stench that would not go away and the place was crawling with bugs. I put my baby on the floor and within minutes his legs were literally black with dirt. A/C and microwave cost extra. The location was good, close to Bangor and the I95, but I would recommend booking in at the Motel6 instead, as it's a couple of minutes away.
