Super 8 Madison East, Madison

I gotta say this hotel really was great! P.S. if you use SweetHotelDeals. Net for booking this hotel they usually have some pretty good hotel deals at this time of the year!

I called and canceled my reservation a week in advance I still got charged for the room called to get a refund they made it all hard and said I should have received a cancellation number cause that is there policy. Well I was told it was canceled and they hung up after I said that was easy. Not so easy cause they still charged me. Yes they are going to refund it but it holds up my funds available for several days. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE EVEN HAPPENED !!! I asked if they would maybe give me a good rate next time I'm in town for all the trouble they did not which tells me they will not take care of their guest and I will not stay there and give them my business when I go to Madison WI oh well for them I will be going about 4-8 times a year but staying somewhere else and get better service. SO REMEMBER EVEN IF YOU DON'T STAY YOU MIGHT STILL PAY............

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable; even the pillows were nice. The kids had fun in the pool.

We were very pleased with the motel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The continental breakfast each morning was delicious. All staff members were courteous and helpful. It was close to shopping and restaurants and an easy drive to the Capital and University. We will definately stay here next time we are in Madison. And best of all, it was affordable.

It was a great place for the price. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was and how nice the beds were. Nice location too - lots of things to do in the area and not hard to find.

We were looking for a place just to sleep on our road trip- we arrived very late and left early the next morning. This hotel was ideal because it was very inexpensive, convenient access to the highway, and as nice as any Super 8 (or similar quality hotel chains) that I've stayed in.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable & clean accomodations. Resonable room rates; includes a great breakfast,free access to nearby fitness club. I'll definately stay there whenever i'm in madison.

Great breakfest, never stayed at a super 8 that was this great, Loved the pool, and the staff was great. I loved the in room coffe makers, iorn and iron boards, hair dryers, alaram clocks, it evean had a night light. I would recommend the hotel to everyone. Loved the naighborhood, went for a nice walk around the hotel. Hotel is in busy city but it feels like home because it's in a residentiual area. All the other hotels are to noise because they are so close to the intersaction. Thanks,
