Manager with Issues

We had a surprisingly bad experience at this particular Courtyard. For some reason, the manager at the Dublin Courtyard was not friendly at all. She made sarcastic comments, and was generally unpleasant to deal with. In addition,our room did not get serviced regularly, trash piled up in the room and we had to put the overflowing trash cans out in the hallway just so someone would empty them. I called the housekeeping office for clean towels and glasses and after two requests, I finally had to go get them myself off of the maid's cart in the hallway. Most of the staff were very friendly and the facilities were generally clean and comfortable (although the hot tub could use a good scubbing), so it's too bad the manager acted so unprofessionally and the housekeeping service was so poor. If I ever have a choice of NOT staying here again, I certainly will choose to stay someplace else.
