Not Happy With Quality
We waited a long time before we were acknowledged and when the desk clerk finally did help us, we were told that because we booked through an "online company", our room was in the older of the buildings. The first room we were "assigned to" smelled of mildew, stale smoke and pet urine. It was filthy! The whole building smelled as if it had a mold and mildew problem. We requested a different room and even though check-in was at 3:00 p.m. and this was 3:10 p.m., we were told they were "booked". Do to health reasons, I insisted on a new room and was assigned a room in the newer, cleaner part of the hotel. The room was still not very clean, the air-conditioning shut off several times during the night and on our second day there, room service hadn't arrived to clean our room until after 8:00 p.m.! The inside pool was not heated, so it was too cold to swim and the jacuzi had only two jets working! The outside pool looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in over a week. Overall this experience was the worst we have ever had with a hotel, we paid way too much money and would not recommend it to anyone!
