Self parking is available for a fee of $8.00 per day.All Renaissance Hotels and Resorts in the USA and Canada have a smoke-free policy that applies to guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, public space and associate work areas. To accommodate the needs of smoking guests, hotels will have designated smoking areas outside of the property.

Excellent rooms

Overall I was very impressed. I admit I did not interact much with the staff during my two-night stay, but I guess it's a good sign that I didn't need to. I did not use the restaurant, bar, or room service. The elevators were fast and I never had to wait more than a moment for them. My newly-renovated room had beautiful furnishings, an impressive and very clean bath, a coffeemaker, a small refrigerator, and even a microwave. Except for the closet door being a little wobbly, everything was in perfect working order. Location is very convenient to the airport, but I rarely heard aircraft noise (from inside it sounded more like a distant train). Not as good a pick if you're aiming for the theme parks. Many chain restaurants a short drive away (Chili's, Denny's, Bennigan's).

Nice Hotel, Poor Service

Hotel is very nice and very clean (typical Renaissance). Management and staff need a complete overhaul. Had several service related problems (to numerous to mention). Several staff members had no idea what I was saying because their English is poor. The people that did speak some English were telling each other how much they hated management. (Things you just don't want to hear when you're a guest in a hotel.) Good location, nice rooms and great technology, but the service was a killer.

Great if you can get a good rate

The hotel is in the middle of renovations now but they are doing a good job keeping that from burdening guests. The in-room internet access is ridiculously priced at $10 a day and the TV channel selection is not good (the whole idea is to get you to pay for additional viewing options). Other than this place trying to nickel and dime you at every turn, it's a comfortable, quiet hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We have been coming to this hotel at least twice a year for the last 10 years. The rooms are large and exceptionally clean without fail. The staff is incredible and always follows through. Beds are wonderful as is the air conditioning. We stay in hotel rooms at least 60-70 days a year and it is always a pleasure to come back here. A great value for the room rate.
