Hyatt Regency Sacramento, Sacramento

This was my first stay at the Hyatt Sacramento on a business trip and I would recommend this hotel. The staff are very professional and helpful. Very nice amenities. Location is great for meetings and for non-work hour sight seeing. Kudos to the staff!

The room seemed nice until you turn on the A/C and it rattled so loud we couldn't leave it on and sleep. The buffet was lousy for the $18 per person charge. The worst part was that the Hotel charged my debit card 5 different times for a total of over $600.00. My room was paid for thru Expedia and the only charge that should have been on my card would have been $8.25 for the 2 bottles of water that I used in my room. This happened on a Friday and no one could help me find out who was putting my card through over and over again. The front desk left me on hold for over 10 minutes, then cut me off before I could even talk to someone about the charges. So, the money was being removed from my bank account and no one is trying to fix this problem. It's been 3 days now. I'll never go back!!

I have used the Hyatt Regency in Sacramento s a second resident since October of 2008. It is a truly wonderful hotel with outstanding personal service, beautifully appointed rooms, excellent food, and the Regency Club provides top service. HIghly recomment this hotel for stays and events.

Just returned from a great trip to Sacramento and stayed at the Hyatt. Location was great. The Staff was outstanding. The room was above our expectations. Loved the soft spa robes. Breakfast that came with room was really great. Stayed in a King Cornor Room. Can't wait for our next trip there

My first impression when I check into a hotel is the clerk waiting to check me in....this was quite an experience. Our room wouldn't be available until 3 so she quickly rushed us through to another room and gave us a rollaway bed. When the person we spoke with over the phone told us our room would be ready at 1 p.m. and we could check into our original room reserved with 2 double beds. The clerk behind the counter just kept getting very short and refused to listen to what we had to stay. When you have guests who are unhappy in their room and don't try to help them in any way resolve the situation than we just simply don't bother returning. It may have the name Hyatt Regency but you definitley don't get what you pay for.

This Hotel DID NOT hold our reservation. We reserved an "Executive King Suite", corner room. When we checked in we were told our reservation was not available and we were being "upgraded". Our "upgrade" was to a standard room. We called the desk and were told the hotel was full and "sorry". I think an old Seinfeld episode covered it best, "Thats why they call them reservations". The taste this hotel left with us was not of service and class. We won't return to the Sacramento Hyatt

I had Brunch at the Hyatt. It was delightful. OLd School Service. My server Mary was charming. Very professional,a touch of humor,loved the NY accent.She made my children feel very comfortable.Just what you expect from a Hyatt employee.The brunch was excellent. Food was great. Restaurant very clean.I totally enjoyed my time at the Hyatt.Nice to see that good food and service is tops at the Hyatt.

We stay at this hotel at least once a year. It's great for a weekend getaway. Dawson's Restaurant is worth the trip to Sacramento and the Sunday Brunch is delightful!

like the comfort, beautiful view, great location. warm atmosphere, no dislikes.
