French Coco, La TRINITé

The Dorint Vital Royal Spa Seefeld is the most disappointing place our family has ever been to. I never thought I could write a negative review even though I go for vocation several times a year somewhere abroad and I have been to different places and got into different situations. I should confess Dorint Vital Royal Spa Seefeld is the leader among disorders, confusions and bad manners. Our family was affected by this “5 star” hotel. Our 4 rooms that had been booked and paid preliminary (in November) were not available and we were provided with just 2 rooms. That was after several hours of waiting late in the evening. And even though there was a 3 year old child with us we were not offered even a glass of water. The staff was not just cold but even contemptuously and rude acting like we were bothering them. The room service was not available after 11:30 p.m., so we went to sleep being hungry. The part of the family had to move to another hotel which they have found themselves (as Dorint Vital Royal Spa couldn’t find any tolerable alternative). While moving to another hotel we were pursued by receptionists who wanted us to pay our bills immediately though some people continued to live in the rooms. That was the last straw. The best moment in this hotel was the one when we were leaving!
