Disappointed
Spent 3 nights in January, while the hotel looks like a 4 star, if you have problems that you need to resolve (likely) you will remember this as a 1 star hotel
Dislikes - Very poor customer service, no concept of resolving problems. I spent 4.5 hours trying to get one small problem resolved with the ball dropped at all levels from the service tech, to Executive Lounge attendant, to manager on duty.
To top it off, the rate on the reservation was changed at checkout (added about $40) with no good reasons given.
Likes - beautiful hotel, decent location (probably for business, Marriott and Embassy Suites are much better).
