Absolutely Fantastic!
By ,
We went here several years ago for our honeymoon and it was truly magnificent. Since then, we have visited many islands and stayed at many resorts none of which have compared to the Windjammer Landing. We had an open air villa with a plunge pool and a sea view. It was gorgeous. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the grounds were meticulously maintained and the food was excellent. Plus, as I happen to be a mosquito magnet, I appreciated their significant and successful efforts to control the bugs. (you are in the tropics after all!) The resort is on a fairly steep hillside but there are always staff ready and waiting with a golf cart to take you wherever you want to go. Of all the islands we have visited, we have not found one with friendlier people. Plus, it seemed like the people that stayed there were really nice too - really fun to hang out with in the evenings. Also, they have a great activities desk - try the mountain bike ride through the rainforest (not hard) where they collect food from the trees along the way to make you lunch! Just amazing. We still talk about it regularly and hope to return for our 10 year anniversary.

I Am Going Back To Windjammer Landing in February!!
By ,
My family and I have been going to Windjammer Landing for years. A few years ago, my parents bought timeshare at one of the villas at the resort. My family and I keep going back there every year. My parents and brother are there now. In the next few weeks other family members will be there too! I can't wait to be in St.Lucia.It feels like home to me. The St.Lucians are very friendly and the island is very pretty. There are plenty things to do like swimming, or even relaxing at your own villa!! I hope people that are reading this review like what I have said and also visit beautiful St.Lucia!!

Our Favorite Resort Anywhere
By ,
We have been to resorts all over the world, and many in the Caribbean; Windjammer Landing is by far our favorite. The villas are well maintained and quite distinctive and romantic. All have a view, and the plunge pool available with some units is quite nice and also had a view. We have stayed in a one BR as a couple and a 3 BR with friends. The staff and service are also excellent. The on-site restaurants are very good, but Papa Don's, covered but outside, was sweltering. We had a rental car for the entire time from Hewanorra International. The drive to and from was about 1-1/2 hours. We would recommend flying into George F.L. Charles Airport, much closer to the resort, and possible using taxi instead of rental cars. There is lots to do outside the resort as well, so an all inclusive may limit your desires to explore. We especially like the stores and eateries at Rodney Bay Village and Gros Islet.

Best Vacation Ever!
By ,
THis location was an ideal location to vacation. It has beautiful beaches and great villas. The Staff are top of the line people! I had such a great time I wish I could go back there right now. It is not too far away from a great shopping area. We stayed in a 4 bedroom villa at the top of the resort. It had great ocean views plus it own pool. They have all the amenities of a large resort but they make it seem so personal. I mean at times I felt like we were the only people on the resort.

Off The Chain!
I've stayed in a lot of fantastic resorts in my day but Windjammer Landing is really special. The staff provide meticulous, exceptional sevice and don't hesitate to go that extra mile to give you a memorable holiday. Add to this that you're in St.Lucia - one of the most magnificent islands in the Indies - residing in your own impeccable sea-side villa with your very own dip pool...there are all kinds of water and beach activities...and the chef will come up to your villa and personally cook for you...this place is off the chain!

Save This One for Something Special
By ,
We went on our honeymoon. The most incredible ten days of my life. I cannot begin to descibe how amazing it was. From the beach, to the staff, to the rooms, to the service, to the food at the four restaurants, to the transportation, to the different activities... Maybe one day we will go back for an anniversary. It was pure heaven. On a side note, I think I put on three pounds a day.

Would go back in a second!
By ,
The hotel was WONDERFUL! Sercice was great, food was great, all inclusive was SO worth every penny. The pools, the rooms, the DRINKS! ALL WONDERFUL!!! My only complaint, which is my fault for not researching prior to the trip- were all the children there. I love children, but if you want a romantic get-away- in peace and quiet- i would NOT recommend going there. Other then all the children- I honestly have NOTHING to complain about. OH WAIT- one thing- if you can manage to fly into the CLOSE airport- i would do so...we did not know about it- but one airport is 1 hour and a half away- and there is one that is 15 minutes away. LOOK INTO THAT PRIOR TO THE TRIP:)
