Never Again!!
Okay, so when we got to the hotel, we were like, what is this?? They were actually little (studio)apartments. There were no elevators and we were on the second floor, so the luggage had to be carried up the steps. (Luckily Daniel, the bell guy, was sooo nice. He was about the only good thing about the hotel.) The room was smaller than I thought and the bathroom was way too little. The view was horrible. When you walked onto the balcony, the only view you had was of the construction going on next door. There was no clock in the room or radio and the phone didn't have any directions on it on what to dial to reach the front desk, etc.
The people at the front desk acted as if they didn't like tourists and they always had an attitude with everything. They were not friendly at all. We had to call everyday for our room to be cleaned, and we never had any towels. When we did call for towels, they took like 5 hours to bring them. One night, they didn't come at all. Our toilet was alwasy overflowing. (The maids were nice, but they didn't speak English so they had no idea what you were talking about anyway)If you didn't ask for towels or an iron or anything you needed before 3:30pm you were not getting it because the maids were gone by then and the people at the front desk did not want to bring it to you. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will never stay here again.
