Great place for dogs and people.

Excellent military rate, super friendly staff, very comfortable bed, and tasty (both hot and cold items) complimentary breakfast. While it is next to the train tracks as nearly all hotels in Cheyenne are, I didn't hear them at all once asleep. My husband is a light sleeper and did occasionally hear them. The pet charge was super cheap and the room they assigned was perfect for convenience with the dogs - an end corner room with no rooms on either side. Pretty good size dog area though, as typical, not fenced in. They even had bags in the pet area in order to pick up after the dogs.

Great stay

the staff member are all wonderful. We needed an early check in 12 and due to the dogs I asked for a end room all request were filled! this hotel has gone threw a remodel and is very NICE! nice pool area, Hot breakfast buffet until 9 than it goes to contental with waffle and ceral ect until 10, they also have an evening snack (9) fitness room had what I needed. free wifi, also 2 computors for ur use in like an office. We stayed in front train tracks right across the road I slept like a baby! Great for the Price would stay again!!!!

Great value and comfort

We stayed here one night on our way from Oregon to Mississippi. We were traveling with our full grown well behaved black labrador retriever and a large duck hunting boat. The hotel was easy to find and we were able to get a room on the second floor right accross from the truck parking so we could keep an eye on our stuff. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The price was reasonable and the pet fee only minimal. We slept well through the night without any disturbances.

Card Lock Chaos

We checked in after a day on the road to discover that the hotel's card lock system had crashed, and all guests had to be let into their rooms by the management. When I spoke with the front desk crew about this, they informed me that they had complained to management about this before, but were told not to replace it until the system failed. For feeling like inmates (we left and returned a couple of times that night)we were "graciously" given $10.00 off our bill for a one night stay. To compound the injury, this was the second poor stay at this chain in successive nights. We won't be back.

DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

We were charged $93.00 for an "economy" hotel. This hotel is by the railroad tracks which have a train come by about every 15 minutes 24 hours a day and must blow the whistle numerous times. You wont sleep at all in this motel. I talked to the hotel clerk the next morning. She said that all but about 2 hotels are along the tracks so I suggest that you dont stay in Cheyenne. My advice-just keep driving or sleep in your car somewhere outside of town.

room is very good, clean and warm. Breakfast is also fine, though no too many options. The location is OK to my tirp work place. The price sounds a little bit too high at that location.

No Hot Tub & No Cable

I booked a room at this property for my grandparents because they wanted to stay at a nicer place with a hot tub. When they arrived they were told that due to remodeling there would be no hot tub and no television in the room. They refused to let them cancel the room and offered no reduction in rate for the nonexistent amenities. I understand the necessity of cancellation policies, but I think that in this case they should have done what was necessary to make the customer happy. Neither my grandparents nor myself will make reservations with a Days Inn again and I plan to tell everyone I know about the poor customer service they received.
